Returns
At Aalmari, customer satisfaction is a priority. However, due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under specific conditions.

Personalized or Customized Products:
All personalized, custom-made, or engraved products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Each personalized item is uniquely made for you and cannot be resold. -
Standard Products:
For non-personalized items, returns are accepted only if the product is:-

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must:

Record an unboxing video clearly showing the unopened package and the damage as you open it.

Report the issue to us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing aalmari.shop@gmail.com with:

Clear photos of the product and packaging

Note:
Without an opening video, we will not be able to process refunds or replacements for damaged or defective products.
Refunds
Once we verify the damage or defect with the provided evidence, we will offer you one of the following options:

A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

A full refund processed back to your original method of payment
Refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days after the verification process is complete.
Cancellation Policy

Orders for personalized products cannot be cancelled once placed.

For non-personalized items, cancellation requests will only be accepted if made within 6 hours of placing the order.
Important Points

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging to be eligible for any return or exchange.
